Sanria Engineering & Consulting is a technology driven Engineering services company catering to the customers in US, Canada, Middle East, Far East and Asia. Sanria Engineering specializes in Structural Engineering and Interior design. Sanria has several thousand man year experience and has worked with some of the leading Construction companies globally. Team 4 Engineers is a construction consulting company based at Mysore. Team 4 Engineers have successfully delivered several Industrial, Commercial and residential buildings. The Partners of Team 4 Engineers have a combined experience of over 100 man years in the construction industry.

Mahesh Nagarajaiah
Mahesh is an entrepreneur who has built several successful companies in USA and India. Mahesh has co-founded, Sanria Engineering, Sanria Homes, Sanria Golf View, and Sanria Team 4 Ventures. One of his latest companies VIRTUELE is developing AI and ML-based applications for Construction Industry. Mahesh is also advising several start-up companies and on the board of many non-profit organizations.
Mahesh brings 27 years of engineering, business development, management, and leadership experience.
Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Mysore University and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.

Shivakumaraswamy J P
Shivakumara is an entrepreneur and has Co-founded Change Pond Technologies, Sanria Engineering & Consulting and Sanria Team 4 Ventures. Shivakumara has also worked in Wipro, Dell and Ramco Systems for 15 years. Shivakumara brings in 30 years of experience in Operations, Business Planning, Finance and Engineering. Shivakumara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Technology and Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Mysore University.

Hemanth S.N. – B.E, M.I.E
Hemanth, a Civil Engineer, graduated from Mysore University.
After graduations worked in Karnataka Government Department for about 21 years& gained experience in all types of constriction works and public relations etc.
Later took voluntary retirement, Co- founded Sun Estates & properties Pvt. Ltd, Team 4 Engineers & Sanria Team 4 Ventures & successfully completed many industrial, commercial & residential projects in Mysore.
Hemanth brings more than 32 years of engineering expertise, business development & management experience and is a resident of Mysore.

M. Ramesh – B.E, M.I.E
Ramesh, a Civil Engineer, graduated from Mysore University in the year 1983. After graduation worked in Karnataka Government Department for about 23 years &gained vast experience in construction of all sorts of civil works.
Later took voluntary retirement, Co-founded Sun Estates & properties Pvt. Ltd, Team 4 Engineers & Sanria Team 4 Ventures, completed many industrial, commercial & residential projects successfully.
Presently a resident of Mysore, Ramesh brings in more than 30 years of expertise in civil engineering, business & management development.

H.S. Arun Kumar – B.E, M.I.E
Arun Kumar, a Civil Engineer, graduated from Mysore University.

Arun Kumar brings more than 32 years of engineering expertise, business development & management experience and is a resident of Mysore.

Nirmal Prem is a civil engineer and was running a firm by name Nirmal Consultants.
Nirmal Consultants was a design and construction firm. Nirmal consultant was specialised in designing and executing various residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
Nirmal consultants was associated with prominent organisation like "Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Ashrama, Jain Swethembar Community and others". Nirmal Prem has more than 30 years of experience in designing and execution of buildings.
